The short let property was recently renovated to a very nice modern standard and each flat is fully furnished with all necessary equipment. The apartments have colour televisions, digital tv boxes & telephones (for which the standing charge is included) clean linen and towels which is changed on a weekly basis, pots, pan & cutlery are all included in the flat. The kitchen has a fridge with a freezer section as well as a combination oven/microwave oven.

The short let building is less than 100 meters from the Notting Hill Gate High Street where numerous shops and buses can be found, as well as the underground. Notting Hill Gate is in Zone 1 which is considered to be very central London. A few minutes walk from Portobello Road with its rich cultural diversity and a few minutes walk from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park beyond.
