Where
are your short let studios in London?
Our
serviced short let apartments are in Linden Gardens, which is a
road off Notting Hill Gate in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea.
100 metres away from Notting Hill Gate tube it is also near the
famous Portobello market. There are regular buses to Oxford Circus
and beyond, but Notting Hill itself is full of shops, bars and restaurants,
so you probably won't feel the need to travel much further. For

What
is included in the price?
In
essence, there are no additonal charges beyond the rent. Each short
let flat is fully furnished with all the necessary equipment to
make your stay a comfortable one. The apartments have colour televisions,
digital TV boxes and telephones (for which the standing charge is
included) clean linen and towels, which are changed on a weekly
basis and pots, pans and cutlery. The kitchen has a fridge with
a freezer section as well as a combination oven/microwave oven.
In addition, the rent includes: All taxes (Including Council tax),
Weekly bed-making and cleaning of apartment, collection and disposal
of refuse, TV Licensing, Water Rates and Electricity. Further, there
is free Wireless Internet Access throughout the building.
Can
I extend my stay?
Yes,
if you find that you need to stay longer in London, you can certainly
extend your stay, provided there is availability. Furthermore, the
prices decrease the longer you book for.
Is
there a choice of accommodation?
All
our short let studios in London are in an exceptional Victorian
house in Notting Hill. Our tenants have a choice between a king
size bed on one level and a lofted mezzanine sleeping area. This
adds a greater sense of space and separation within the studio flats.
Are
laundry services included?
Linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis, but all personal
washing must be done by the tenant. Within the building there is
a laundry room with coin operated Maytag machines, a press and an
ironing board.
Do
you throw in any added extras?
To
make your short let in London as hassle free and as comfortable
as possible, we provide new tenants with a free welcome pack of
food goodies - bread, butter, milk, juice -so that guests do not
necessarily have to rush out on arrival for the basics. Internet
Access is also provided for free bringing the World Wide Wed to
your fingertips at no additional cost.
